The data or information provided is based on information obtained from the account billing system used by the City of Terre Haute Sewage Billing Department, and is not to be considered or used as an official record. The City of Terre Haute, its employees and partners: 1) Do not warrant that the information is accurate or complete; 2) Make no representations regarding the identity of any persons whose names appear in the information.

The use of this service is voluntary. Any use of this service is bound by the terms and limitations set forth within the Terms & Conditions of Service. Information and the accuracy of information provided by any user and the service is the sole responsibility of the user. The user is thereby solely responsible for any penalties, fees, charges or other adverse action which may result from using the service and the information provided by the user. This includes credit card fees, late fees, returned check fees, fees for insufficient funds, fees incurred during discontinuance of water for non-pay of sewage bill and non-restoration of discontinued water service for non-pay of sewage bill. Account and payment information must be entered correctly and match information of record to ensure a successful transaction.

THE CITY OF TERRE HAUTE, ITS EMPLOYEES & PARTNERS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND AS TO THE USE OF THIS SERVICE WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NO WARRANTY IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED REGARDING THE SERVICES SUITABLIITY FOR THE USERS PURPOSE, THE SERVICES AVAILIBILITY, TIMELINESS, RELIABILITY OR SECURITY.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY – USERS OF THIS SERVICE AGREE THAT THE CITY OF TERRE HAUTE, ITS EMPLOYEES & PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHICH MAY ARISE FROM THE USE OF THIS SERVICE, THE INABILITY OF USE OF THIS SERVICE OR THE DISCONTINUANCE OF THIS SERVICE.

SERVICE USER WARRANTIES – USERS OF THIS SERVICE WARRANT THAT ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED TO THE SERVICE IS COMPLETE, ACCURATE & TRUE.

Residential accounts are assessed a $2.00 fee per transaction & commercial accounts are assessed a $12 fee per $500 payment increment per transaction when paid by credit card. By pressing Submit you agree to this courtesy fee being added to your payment and payable to TechPay. Initiating a payment transaction through this service does not guarantee that a payment will be applied towards the intended account. Users of this service are responsible for knowing and understanding the conditions and limitations of their financial institutions in regards to the users selected method of payment. Confirmation of a payment initiation is not confirmation of a payment being applied towards the intended account. Confirmation solely is defined as verification that the payment system has received the user’s information and that the system will attempt to apply a payment or payments using the information the user has submitted. Incorrect banking information entered by the user may result in a $25 fee charged to their account as a returned check, declined card payment or for insufficient funds.
