Courtesy Fees for Automatic Bill Payment

Utility bill payments are processed through TechPay's Secure Payment Center and there is a courtesy fee associated with this service when paid by credit or debit card.

The fee structure for credit/debit card payments is $2.00 per transaction for Residential customers and $12 per $500 payment increment for Commercial accounts.

The applicable fee will be added to your payment and will be listed in the total on your financial statements.
