The data or information provided is based on information obtained from the account billing system used by the City of Terre Haute Sewage Billing Department, and is not to be considered or used as an official record. The City of Terre Haute, it’s employees and partners: 1) Do not warrant that the information is accurate or complete; 2) Make no representations regarding the identity of any persons whose names appear in the information; and 3) Disclaim any liability for any damages resulting from the release or use of the information. The user may verify the information by requesting an official public record through the City of Terre Haute Legal Department at Legal@TerreHaute.In.Gov.

The City of Terre Haute Sewage Billing Department may discontinue, edit, delete or change any aspect of the Sewage Billing Record Portal, including, but not limited to: (i) restricting availability times, (ii) restricting compatibility with certain computer software or hardware, (iii) restricting amounts of use permitted, and (iv) restricting, suspending or terminating any user's right to use the service, at the Department’s sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.

No user of the Sewage Billing Record Portal may (1) take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on the site's infrastructure; (2) use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the site or any activity being conducted on the site; (3) attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or making up the site; (4) delete or alter any material posted by any other person or entity; (5) frame or link to any of the materials or information available from the site; (6) use any information accessed through the Portal for commercial purposed; or (7) use any information accessed through the Portal for malicious or unlawful activity.

By agreeing to the Terms of Service and Service Agreement set forth and by using the system, the User affirms that they are the property owner, manager, title search representative or other rightfully interested party, or have the express permission of the account holder and are authorized to receive this information.
